Position Summary
The Accounting Intern will provide data entry, secretarial and bookkeeping duties to the Finance Department at Mainstay Life Services, a non-profit agency providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The Accounting Intern needs to have computer skills and be able to use all office equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree in accounting or studying toward a degree in accounting or related field.
- Proven experience working in an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
