Position Summary
Mainstay Life Services, a $28M nonprofit organization providing life-long, high-quality support services ensuring that people with intellectual disabilities and autism (ID/A) lead fulfilling lives, is recruiting for an exciting opportunity to serve as the overall recruitment support to all programs.
The Program Coordinator serves as a member of the Residential Services leadership team providing operational leadership, team management and serves as the program specialist for a Community Grouping of supervised living arrangements for up to 30 individuals in compliance with PA Code §6400 all serving the mission of Mainstay; to provide life-long, high-quality support services, ensuring that people with intellectual disabilities and autism lead fulfilling lives. Responsibilities include direct supervision of Program Managers and an Associate Coordinators who provides operational supports and serves as a delegate authority for the coordinator’s leadership team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two years of work experience working directly with individuals with behavioral health and human services, -OR- Associates degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college/university and four years of work experience working directly with behavioral health and human services. Experience with 6400 regulations preferred. Valid driver’s license & use of a personal vehicle required.
