For many at Mainstay Life Services, their roommates are like family. Ed and Rosa are a bit different…they actually are family.

Ed and Rosa are brother and sister who lived together in a Mainstay Life Services’ home for 16 years before they branched out to live in different accommodations. Community Living Specialist, Grace, works with the pair, traveling back and forth to the siblings’ two homes. Ed and Rosa share a close family bond, spending a great deal of time together and with their housemates.

Outside the home, Rosa works for a resale shop in Lawrenceville sorting and hanging clothes; Ed for a company in Wilkinsburg where he does assembly work.
