Mainstay Life Services is Honored to Receive The Pittsburgh 2020 Top Workplaces Award from The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette for the Sixth Consecutive Year!

We are so proud and excited to announce that we have been named a 2020 Top Workplace by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. The Pittsburgh best places to work list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization. The Top Workplaces program can be that positive outcome your company can rally around in the coming months to celebrate leadership and the importance of maintaining an employee-focused culture, even during challenging times.”

The last several months have been especially challenging for the people we serve, but our team continues to go above and beyond in light of the pandemic with grace, professionalism and compassion. We remain dedicated now more than ever to providing our employees with a safe workplace that is uplifting and focused on helping them grow and excel.

In addition to all of Mainstay being recognized as a Top Workplace, we would also like to congratulate our own inspirational leader and CEO, Kim Sonafelt, for winning the Leadership Award.

At Mainstay, we are always looking for more dedicated and passionate employees who are interested in enriching the lives of others. To learn more about our open positions, we encourage you to visit our career page. We look forward to hearing from you!
