As I began working for Mainstay, I discovered my passion for my work and found immense joy in helping others. When the opportunity arose for me to apply for a Program Manager position, I was thrilled about the prospect of advancing within the company. One of the things that I appreciate most about Mainstay is its emphasis on growth and development. During my length of time as a Direct Support Professional and later as a Program Manager I had the privilege of overseeing the same house that I once worked when I was a DSP.
