The Community Services Manager assumes primary responsibility for supervision of the Home and Community Services staff, as well as the administrative duties associated with managing the Community Services program. The Community Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the services provided by Mainstay to people within the community, and ensuring services promote individual choice, growth and development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 60 credit hours from an accredited college/university
  • Mimimum 4 yrs experience working directly with persons with I/DD
  • Minimum 2 yrs management experience in I/DD field
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Eligible for Act 33/34 clearances
  • Pre-employment drug screen
