Position Summary

Mainstay Life Serves, a $28M nonprofit organization providing life-long, high-quality support services ensuring that people with intellectual disabilities and autism (ID/A) lead fulfilling lives, is recruiting for an exciting opportunity to serve as the overall recruitment support to all programs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for all external and internal recruitment efforts, including attending job fairs and developing community contacts at local job placement centers, universities/colleges, and trade schools; making personal visits to all favorable recruitment sources, at minimum, quarterly; providing information on opportunities and benefits to internal and external potential candidates; maintaining professional relationships with candidates and recruitment sources; screening, interviewing and recommending candidates for selection; maintaining interview records and EEO reporting; and managing job postings (online and print). Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures that talent acquisition is an equitable and inclusive process. This position plays a pivotal role in assisting the efforts of the Department of Human Resources in completing the mission and vision to be the Employer of Choice within human services. Reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources or related field, from an accredited college or university -AND- five (5) years of related experience in recruitment, human resources or training coordination; or any equivalent combination of education and experience of the aforementioned requirements. Valid driver’s license & use of a personal vehicle required.
