Position Summary

Mainstay Life Serves, a $28M nonprofit organization providing life-long, high-quality support services ensuring that people with intellectual disabilities and autism (ID/A) lead fulfilling lives, is recruiting for an exciting leadership opportunity to lead and develop our residential operations. The Associate Director of Program Operations for Residential Supports is a key role for a leader who has a commitment to helping enrich the lives and unlocking the potential of people who live with ID/A in the community. Reporting to the Director of Program Operations, the associate program director will overs (5) Community Teams supporting 40 residential group homes in southwestern PA. The Associate Director will provider management and oversight of day-to-day operations for efficient, effective, and consistent program operations. This includes oversight of safe service delivery, team management, compliance, risk management, quality improvement, technology supports management, program development & communications. Strategic priorities will include enhancing our technology first approach in residential services, growing, and developing services for people who live with Prader Willis Syndrome, and expanding our service reach in Pennsylvania.

The position requires a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university -OR- bachelor’s degree in human services or related field -AND- (5) + years of related experience in an administrative or supervisory role leading health and human service programs; at least (2)+ years’ experience leading PA Regulated programs. Work will take place in the office, community and in the homes of people we support. The position will require on-call support for emergency situations and local travel in southwestern PA. Valid driver’s license & use of a personal vehicle required.
