Coordinating services for individuals:

  • Facilitate the admission and provision of services for all Employment Services program participants.
  • Actively network and cultivate positive relationships with business owners to better understand their needs and develop customized employment opportunities.
  • Assist the individuals in preparing for employment and provide on-the-job training and support as necessary.
  • Promote agency philosophy to ensure high levels of individual care through community integration, individual choice, and development of individuals’ competencies, while treating individuals with respect and dignity.
  • Review progress of individuals served through Employment Services programs.
  • Serve as program liaison with families, Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs & Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, County Administrative Entities, Supports Coordinators, participating employers, and other service providers.

Program Management and Administration:

  • Establish and monitor program budgets and monitor program performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and growth.
  • Collect and analyze program data for ongoing quality improvement of services provided.
  • Monitor Employment Services billing and review utilization.

Staff Supervision and Development:

  • Provide direct supervision, leadership, and mentoring to employment services supervisors and direct support staff

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree and three years of related experience, including two years as a supervisor, or
  • Bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience, including two years as a supervisor.
